We focus on growing and acquiring Australian businesses in multiple sectors with annual revenue typically between $5MM - $25MM.Our philosophy is to protect the existing business legacy by recognizing dedicated employees and empowering them to continue and advance in their careers.As part of our due diligence process, we'll evaluate business operations to identify areas where efficiency can be enhanced, along with risk and growth opportunities to increase the sustainability of the business.Ultimately, these factors safeguard the business, ensuring it continues operating well into the future, while also protecting the staff who are loyal to the business.

Executive Team

Andrew SwanscottAndrew has over 20 years of business experience, owning multiple businesses in different sectors. He has extensive experience in Business Strategy, Leadership, Operations, and Growth Marketing.He holds a number of qualifications, including Certified Mergers & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA), Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and Certified Acquisition Integration Manager (CAIM). He has also completed the 2-year intensive Business Mastery & Leadership Program (BMLP) with Cardone Ventures.His mentors are John Maxwell for leadership, Tony Robbins for personal development, Brandon Dawson for business growth and Carl Allen for M&A.Andrew has a pet Labrador named Rocky and in his spare time enjoys walking (while listening to audiobooks), mountainbiking and bikepacking.


Florin VoicuFlorin is an established Mechanical Engineer, with over 25 years of experience in a multitude of product design & manufacturing projects at the forefront of innovation and continuous improvement, strong leadership and high performance team establishment skills.He specializes in managing complex change environments and offers a wealth of experience in implementing business transformations, and leading enterprise-wide adoption of strategic initiatives.Florin also has an extensive background in project management, product design management, manufacturing continuous improvement, tooling design & manufacturing, CNC machines programming, CAD/CAM, additive manufacturing, tooling and fixtures design, leadership and people management, VA/VE, cost reduction and lean manufacturing.Florin holds a number of formal qualifications, including a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer (MEng).


Louie TiricovskiLouie comes from a business development and marketing background, specializing in scaling businesses through systems and marketing.As a property development consultant, he has over 20 years of experience in the building and construction sectors, including Building & Construction Management, Painting, Waterproofing, Glass, Concreting, Balustrades, Shop Fitting and other areas of construction.Louie also has a broad range of experience in transport & logistics, import and wholesale distribution.


Jamie BusbyWith over 25 years of experience in business management, Jamie, a Kaizen-trained Engineering graduate, has worked in fields ranging from Engineering to Education. His drive for business has seen him launch, scale, and skillfully deal with the sale and acquisition of various enterprises.Even when the markets were against him, Jamie pulled off some real growth, ramping up sales volumes by 40% for one of the world's top 10 brands in the FTSE, for three years straight! Recently, his focus has been on acquisitions across the UK and USA, successfully adding various businesses to his portfolio in the last five years.Jamie enjoys outdoor life, particularly by the sea. He values family moments and loves the thrill of challenges, like climbing to the top of Kilimanjaro. He's a big fan of travelling and experiencing local culture, and he's all about the experiences rather than accumulating stuff... though he does have a soft spot for cars, including his pet project, a custom-restored Alfa Romeo.
